Refund policy
Return Window We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date for items that are unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
Return Conditions
- Items must be in brand-new, unused condition
- Original packaging and tags must be intact
- Opened bedding sets are not eligible for return for hygiene reasons
Refund Process Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method.
Return Shipping
- If the return is due to a product defect or our error, we will cover the return shipping cost
- For all other returns, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer
Exchanges We do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please initiate a return and place a new order for the desired item.
